Nauvoo Trip

We went to Nauvoo on Friday with my parents.  It was so much fun!  We are definitely going to have to go again another time.

Connor and Evelyn playing with toys the children would have had during the 1840 time period.  That was probably their favorite part of the the trip.

We got to ride on a covered wagon pulled by oxen.  I love the expression on Connor's face...he looks a little nervous.

Amish Country

My parents are in town (yeah!) and today we thought it would be fun to go check out Amish Country.  We stopped at a little country store, and these cute kids pulled up.  My Dad asked if it would be okay if they gave Connor a ride down the drive.  Connor loved it (you can see him sitting between the two girls).  It really was a fun day.
